Operation Process
- Suppliers that are suitable for the service conditions to be offered to the customer are carefully selected from the records of job request forms and application forms, and invited to the institution for pre-control and vehicle controls are carried out. The results are recorded in the Service vehicle Check Form.
- The current business status (number of vehicles - routes and capacity evaluation) of the contracted institutions according to the Marketing Process Map is examined. Required elements (vehicle, driver criteria) are determined.
- A contract is signed with the driver of the supplier, whose control result is found positive. Copies of vehicle license, driver’s license, Psychotechnical and Vocational competence documents and contact information are obtained. The driver who will perform the service is provided with basic training (First Aid, customer satisfaction and code of conduct training).
- Work on route permits is started. The personnel to be commissioned is informed about the project and commenced to work.
- For each project in our company, an operation manager is appointed to provide coordination and communication between the Service Receiver and our company.
In addition, it is ensured that the service vehicles carrying out the projects are maximum 3 years old, have the necessary comfort, and spare service vehicles are definitely available. In this way, it is aimed to resolve any inconveniences and problems that may occur as soon as possible.
